Jordan Ayew stole the show with a sensational hat-trick as Kwesi Appiah's men coasted to an inspiring 4-0 victory over Asian giants South Korea in their last pre-World Cup warm-up friendly on Monday night in Miami.

The Olympique de Marseille attacker announced his intention of taking the world by storm as he headlined talks and discussions on the night heralding the victory while skipper Asamoah Gyan also registered his 41st Ghana goal.

Ghana coach James Kwesi Appiah head off to Natal in buoyant mood as his charges display enough promises on the night. But how did the STARS actually rated on the night?

GHANAsoccernet.com's Akyereko Frimpong Manson runs the rule over the performance of the Black Stars fared on a memorable night.

Fatau Dauda 6.5/10

Dauda took over from Adam Kwarasey and kept a clean sheet with impressive reflexes combined with feline agility. The Orlando Pirates man appeared far more confident in goal and with Kwarasey's fitness in doubt for the opener, Kwesi Appiah might opt for him as his starter. The few times Chu-Young Park and his cronies managed to get past the Ghana backline, Dauda was on point with his reactions. There were some few anxious moments for him

Harrison Afful 6.5/10

Convincing. Above average and visionary. The Marseille-bound versatile full-back was accurate with his tackles and added bite to the Ghana attack anytime he surged forward.

Kwadwo Asamoah 7/10

At Juventus, Antonio Conte knows how best to get the best out of Asamoah by playing him in a full-back-cum-winger role and Kwesi Appiah seeks to have copied him right. In a 3-5-2 formation, KASA looked a bit more productive and covered well defensively.

John Boye 7/10

The Stade Rennes man was not seriously tested but was solid when called upon. The Koreans didn't present much of a problem in attack. With stronger and hungrier opponents Boye could rise to the challenge like he has domne several time in a Ghana shirt.

Jonathan Mensah 6.5/10

Boye's partner at center-back. Both men combined well to ensure the Asians had little room to operate and cause any problem of a sort to the Ghana team. He was a bit jittery in the first-half missing some crucial tackles but in the second-half he was at his best to timely tackles and clearances.

Rabiu Mohammed 6.5/10

With Michael Essien rested, the Russia-based midfielder picked up the mantle in central midfield role and performed creditably until was replaced by Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu just before the hour mark. With Muntari tasked with the duty of working ahead Rabiu did all the dirty job of mobbing up and was not overawed by the occasion.

Kevin-Prince Boateng 5.5/10

Energetic and inspiring midfield performance from the Schalke 04 midfielder. Though he couldn't get on the score-sheet his contributions to the game was vital.

Sulley Muntari 7/10

The AC Milan man was one of the few experienced chaps on the field and heading to his third World Cup he looked quite ready per what he did on the pitch. Fully attacking minded and explosive on the ball, Muntari set up the third goal and very few of his passes went astray. He will be vital for Ghana at the World Cup.

Asamoah Gyan 7/10

Grabbed his 41st international goal and is counting for more goals in Brazil. The captain tucked the ball past Jung after robbing Kwak Tae-hwi in midfield - real goal-poacher's goal. He was lively for the entire 64 minutes he lasted and was very difficult to handle when he got the ball.

Majeed Waris N/A

Was replaced after just six minutes in the first-half. A doubt for the group opener against USA? Scan results must prove but had little playing time to be rated.

Andre Ayew 8/10

Resilient and full of energy and live. Andre took on the South Korean defence at heart and caused more problems for them defensively, giving them little time to think. He set up his younger brother Jordan Ayew for the opening goal.

STAR-MAN - Jordan Ayew 9/10

The Olympique Marseille attacker was only introduced as a 6th minute replacement for Majeed Waris who picked up an injury and he did enough to show his readiness to take Brazil by storm, hitting the opener five minutes later before netting a brace after the interval to help the Black Stars silence the Asians.

SUBS. Agyemang-Badu 6/10, Christian Atsu 6/10, Wakaso Mubarak 6/10, Albert Adomah 6/10, Afriyie Acquah 6/10
