Ghana midfielder Sulley Muntari says heââ¬â¢s in an excellent physical state ahead of the 2014 World Cup.
Muntari, 29, is guaranteed a place in the final 23-man squad after being named in a provisional 26-man squad.
The highly-rated midfielder has been a key pillar of the side for the more than a decade and will be required to bring his experience to bear on the team as he prepares to make his third successive appearance at the global piece.
The former Sunderland man endured some difficult spells on the sidelines due to injuries this season but says heââ¬â¢s physically and mentally fresh ahead of the tournament in Brazil.
ââ¬ÅI got minor knock during the latter stages of the season but Iââ¬â¢m feeling 100% fit for the tournament,â⬠he said
