Albert Adomah hopes to sign for a big club.

Middlesbrough winger Albert Adomah remains hopeful his performances for Ghana can earn him a deal with a top-flight side.

Adomah has spent his entire professional career playing in the lower divisions of English football.

The 26-year-old, who featured for Ghana at the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations, is set to make the squad to Brazil for this year’s World Cup finals.

Adomah says he amassed the requisite experience needed to thrive in the top division.

"Now I am playing for my national team, I think that is proving that I am able to play in a top league as most players from the Ghana national team are playing in the top leagues like in Spain and Italy," Adomah told Sky Sports.

Adomah scored 12 goals in 42 appearances for Middlesbrough who finished 12th in the 2013/2014 Championship.
