Daniel Opare missed Ghana's training session on Monday as he continues to nurse an injury ahead of the final group game against Portugal.

The full back sat on the sidelines with his right knee heavily strapped in ice as his teammates went through the paces at the Rei Pele Stadium.

The Black Stars were however handed a massive injury boost with the return of John Boye and Kevin-Prince Boateng who didn't train with the side in Sunday's session.

The media were allowed in to observe the first fifteen minutes of training after which they were ushered out for the in-camera session.

Ghana remain in contention to qualify from Group G but will need to beat Portugal comprehensively and hope Germany wins against the USA in the final round of matches on Thursday to progress.
