2014 World Cup: John Boye and Jonathan Mensah meet undefeated boxing champion Floyd Mayweather Jnr in Miami

Ghana duo John Boye and Jonathan Mensah met the king for pound for pound boxing Floyd Mayweather Jnr ahead of the team’s final warm-up against South Korea.

The two centre-backs are expected to be the first choice for head coach Kwesi Appiah at the tournament in Brazil.

Boye and Mensah are raving about their meeting with the undefeated boxer and Forbes Magazine’s Richest Sportsman.

“Met this great champion @FloydMayweather yesterday. Wished us good luck for the World Cup. Class act #TMT,” Mensah posted on his Twitter page.

The Black Stars are preparing in Miami for the World Cup which begins on Thursday.

Mayweather Jnr beat Marcos Maidana to win the WBA Welterweight title and also retained his WBC and The Ring Welterweight titles.
