Ghana striker Richmond Boakye-Yiadom will return to Juventus after the expiration of his loan spell at Spanish side Elche.

Boakye was signed by the Italian champions last summer after a successful stint at Sassuolo in a co-ownership deal with Genoa.

The 21-year-old has scored five goals in 28 matches but cannot be guaranteed first team football at Juventus next season.

"He's doing well in Spain. His experience in La Liga so far has been positive and important. He will return to Italy at the end of the season and will join Juventus to look at the best option for all parties involved, " Boakye’s Oliver Arthur told Tuttomercatoweb.com

Arthur distanced himself from reports that the striker will be returning to his former club Genoa next season.

"Can I say that Boakye has a lot of suitors in Italy and abroad?. He will play first team football but it is a decision we will take at the end of the season," he added.
