The Local Organizing Committee and FIFA are providing adequate security for the Black Stars in Maceio as they prepare for their World Cup opener on Monday.

Before the team trained on Friday, a police helicopter was hovering above the Estadio Rei Pele.

This year’s tournament has been marred by protests in Brazil especially Sao Paulo and the security personnel are leaving nothing to chance.

The Black Stars arrived in Maceio on Wednesday and have been working hard ahead of their opener on Monday against USA.

Ghana will also face Germany and Portugal in Group G.
