Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has urged the USA to go all out and beat the Black Stars to stand a chance of progressing from Group G.
The Yanks are bent on laying Ghanaââ¬â¢s bogey to rest in Natal after defeats in the last two World Cup finals.
Head coach Jurgen Klinsmann has spoken of his sideââ¬â¢s renewed determination to beat the Black Stars for the first time.
But Mourinho has told the Americans they will require more effort to edge the 2010 World Cup quarter-finalists.
ââ¬ÅThe Black Stars are beatable but the U.S must work extra hard. They are a strong African team with a good record in the world cup but I think if the U.S will have a chance they must beat them,â⬠Mourinho, who is an analyst for Yahoo, said.
ââ¬ÅIf they are able to take three against Ghana then they will have less pressure taking on Portugal.
ââ¬ÅSo the dynamics are simple they have to beat Ghana.ââ¬
