Asante Kotoko are poised for revenge when they meet Medeama on Sunday in the 2015 MTN FA Cup final at the Sekondi Stadium.

The Porcupine Warriors lost 1-0 to the Mauve and Yellows in Accra two years ago which gave the Tarkwa-based side their first silverware.

Kotoko coach David Duncan and his players have done all the necessary preparations to be champions once more.

There is no injury or ill-health to complain about from the camp of the Porcupine Warriors.

Duo goalkeeper Ofori Antwi and striker Dauda Mohammed have been released from the Ghana U23 camp, preparing for the All Africa Games, for the final match.

For Medeama, star striker and the league’s top scorer Nathaniel Asamoah has signed for Moroccan giants Raja Casablanca and will not be available.

Both teams are not in contention for the league title this season and will need victory in the FA Cup to play in Africa next year.

The winner will qualify to play in the 2016 CAF Confederation Cup.

Kick-off is at 17:00 GMT.
