Algeria coach Christian Gourcuff go into the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations without many experienced players.

The French man announced his squad last week but the non availability of several key players have raised eyebrows with fears they could crumble under expectation.

The list of players contain 23 players in addition to seven reserves. The regulations of the Confederation of African football has forced the national coach to establish an enlarged list of thirty players, in order to proceed to the replacement of players, in the event of no-show for the final tournament.

Experts believe indeed that this list of twenty-three of Gourcuff does not contain enough players of experience. It is estimated that experience will be a very important asset during the championship.

Zambia demonstrated in 2012 that team collectively is the ultimate deal to win a cup. Against a well hyped and experienced squad members including Drogba, Kalou and Toure, the Chipolopolos were motivated enough to beat them.

Algeria are counting on the self-believe of the players to win the crown in Equitorial Guinea.
