Algerian coach Alain Giresse will announce a provisional 26 man-squad for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations on December 22, GHANAsoccernet.com can reveal.
Giresse wil prun down the number to 23 before the January 7 deadline set by the Confederation of African Football (CAF).
The West African are hugely touted as one of the favourite following their recent surge in form on the continent.
They enjoyed an impressive run in the qualifiers with coach Giresse credited for building a new squad dominated by a youg generation of players who helped the country qualify to the continental showpiece.
