2017 AFCON: Ghana coach Grant has 17 players in Ghana camp ahead of Rwanda
17 players have reported in the Black Stars camp

Ghana coach Avram Grant has 17 players in camp ahead of the international friendly against Congo on Tuesday and Saturday’s AFCON qualifier against Rwanda, the Ghana FA has revealed.

Skipper Asamoah Gyan, Fatau Dauda, Richard Ofori, Razak Braimah, Harrison Afful, David Accam, Bernard Mensah, Solomon Asante have all arrived in the team’s camp n Congo.

Christian Atsu, Baba Rahman,Emmanuel Assifuah, Richmond Boakye Yiadom and Edwin Gyimah who were all part of the 24 players who received call ups from coach Avram Grant are currently with the team in Congo.

The rest include Andre Ayew, Jordan Ayew, Afriyie Acquah, Richmond Boakye Yiadom and Rabiu Mohammed.

Coach Avram Grant has also invited five players who are currently in Congo with the Black Meteors to join the senior national team squad for Tuesday’s friendly.

Kick off time for today’s friendly match against Congo is at 1pm (GMT) at the 60,000 capacity new Kintele Stadium.
