Malmo FF star Enock Adu Kofi has wished the Black Stars well as they prepare to play Rwanda in the 2017 AFCON qualifier in Kigali on Saturday.

“I wish my colleagues well in the pursuit to gain qualification for the 2017 AFCON. I urge them to as usual do their best to see us in Gabon in 2017,” he said.

“We have always been the best, being the best comes with a price. Our opponents always come well prepared but we have seen it all.”

He added: “We shall ensure our pedigree is intact as we beat them in their own backyard. Coach Avram is a top-notch coach who knows exactly what to do.”

Adu Kofi also was full of praise for captain Asamoah Gyan who he described as a brother.

“Captain Asamoah Gyan is a true leader, he knows exactly what to do and does it well. My first invite to the Stars camp, he really made me feel at home,” he said.

Adu Kofi was named in Ghana’s pre-2015 Africa Cup of Nations squad but could not make the final cut.
