Ghana's home-based Black Stars have arrived safely in Ouagadougou on Wednesday night ahead of the clash with Burkina Faso scheduled to be played on Saturday.

The Black Stars B on board a chattered flight touched down at the Ouagadougou International Airport at exactly 8:30pm on Wednesday evening.

The team travelled with a 32-man contingent of 18 players, 9 technical staff, 3 management members, the team media officer and an accountant from the Sports Ministry.

The team will be based at the Palace Hotel for the entire 4 days they will spend in the Burkina Faso capital and return to Ghana on Sunday afternoon.

Ghana will play the Local Stallions of Burkina Faso in the first leg of the CHAN qualifiers and play the return leg a week later in Kumasi.

Ghana are expected to stage a great performance in Ouagadougou to stand a chance of picking a ticket to Kenya next year for the tournament.

The Black Stars B failed to pick a ticket for the tournament the last time it was hosted in Rwanda in 2016.
