Founder of Fabulous Ladies Football Club, Madam Habiba Atta Forson has pledged her support for women football despite losing the executive committee race to incumbent Leanier Addy.

Forson lost the election to Addy who won the election with a landslide victory pulling six votes out of the eight delegates who voted but the Fabulous Ladies founder insists she will do more for women football in the country.

"In an exclusive interview with GHANASoccernet.com after the election, she said "I have done a lot for women football in the country and will continue to do more. This is the time Ghanaians will even see more from me when it comes to women football."

"I have my own ladies football club. I gave the name 'Black Queens' to our senior women's team and have contributed a lot of players to the various national teams. But losing the elections does not mean I will draw back. This is the time Ghanaians will see more from me," she added.

Madam Forson congratulated the winner Addy and went round to thank all the delegates after the results were announced.

The fabulous Ladies founder however, could not make it clear whether she will contest again in 2019 when the tenure of office of the incumbent comes to an end saying, 'God's time is the best'.
