AC Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri has backed Sulley Muntari to rediscover his old form.
The 28-year-old Ghanaian super star returned to the pitch for the first time last week after recovering from a lengthy knee injury.
The former Sunderland and Udinese man is however yet to hit the sparkling old form after featuring in two matches in the Seria A so far.
With midfielder Niger De Jong sidelined for a number of weeks, Milan are keen on Muntari regaining full fitness.
The Milan boss is confident the Black Stars enforcer will return to his old self Â in no time.
â€œMuntari needs to improve by January we can see the old Muntari back,â€ Allegri said
Muntari joined Milan from rivals Inter last season.
