Gazzetta dello Sport claim that outgoing Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini is as a possible contender for the hot-seat at AC Milan.
The Italian sports daily claim Pellegrini has joined 2006 World Cup winning head coach Marcello Lippi in the running for the top job at the San Siro.
The paper also bizarrely claims that the pair could work in tandem - with Pellegrini taking up the head coach role with Lippi as his technical director.
