Ghanaian midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng admits that he is not fully fit after disappointing showing for AC Milan so far this season.

The Germany-born enigmatic player was substituted in Tuesday’s Champions League draw with Anderlecht because he was neutralized.

Several newspapers in Italy rated him as the worst player on the pitch because of his performance.

He exacerbated his problems when he threw a bottle towards the direction of the bench after he was substituted.

Boateng has now revealed the reason for his poor showing in the game insisting that he is not fully fit.

“This time we did not win and do did not play well, it is normal that the fans are angry. I know, I'm not doing my part. I’m still not 100% (fit),” Boateng said.

Boateng exhibited some great performances last season which in a way reflected the form of Milan.

This includes his last season’s breath-taking goal he scored against Barcelona where he dazzled Abidal before driving the home but he has failed to replicate it so far this season.

The crisis of Milan somewhat reflects the form of Kevin-Prince Boateng who has so far failed to live up to exception of the carrying Milan on his shoulders after the departure of  Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva as expected.

The performance of the Ghanaian midfielder, except his good show against Bologna, seems to have affected the team.
