Aduana Stars CEO Albert Commey has blamed the police in Cape Coast for allowing hooligans to molest and heckle his players without effecting any arrest and has called on the Regional Police Command to investigate the act.

Reports from the Robert Mensah Sports Stadium after the game was that Aduana Stars players were molested and heckled with some having their belongings stolen by fans of the home side.

The Executive Committee member of the Ghana FA in an interview with Ghanasoccernet.com said the police were useless on the day for allowing the fans to treat the team in that manner.

"Such unprofessional behavior has been out of our game for long. I was shocked at the behaviour of the fans after the game.

"In any case, Dwarfs even won the game. So what was our crime? Commey questioned.

"I was shocked when the police were uselessly looking on. But quickly stepped up when my players attempted to defend themselves.

"I employ the Cape Coats Regional Police Command to investigate the issue and shame their officers who are dragging the noble name of the police profession into the gutters," Commey added.
