Ghana Premier League side Aduana Stars have asked their Serbian head coach Miroslav Bogdanovic to stay away from the first team for a while and have asked reserves team coach Kwabena Ameyaw to take charge, according to reports.

Ahead of their home tie against in-form Liberty, management of the club have told the hot-tempered trainer to stay away from the entire team and have asked former head coach Kwabena Ameyaw to replace him, Oman FM have reported.

But he will have to make immediate alteration before Sunday's game at the Nana Agyemang-Gyawu Park as key midfielders Emmanuel Akuoko and Saddick Abubakar are both out of the game with suspension.

Liberty, who play on Sunday are also not secured from relegation as they are just four points better off than 14th-placed Inter Allies and would go all out for victory against the Fire club.

But Aduana keeper Stephen Adams remains confident that his side will emerge victorious to enhance their survival chances.

"We will have to win on Sunday because we know the club is not in a good position. It's not been the best for us this season and need all three points from the game," he told Accra-based Oman FM.

Aduana only win in eight games came against King Faisal last week and it sums up a very poor season since they came onto the Ghana top-flight five seasons ago.
