Cioaba was granted a one week leave by the club in order to attend to his ailing father in his native Romania.

His delay in return has however raised speculations it is a grand plot to quit the Dormaa-based side but Cioaba says these reports are not true.

"I have spoken to the management and they said they want me to come back but the problem with my father is not finished so I will take another one or two weeks," he told Accra-based Radio XYZ.

"I have no problem to come back before the season ends but I have to finish with the problem here.

"I love Ghana because they have good players so I will come back no problem."

Cioaba who took over at the beginning of the campaign is out of contract when the season ends.
