Aduana Stars forward Daniel Darkwah says G6 Tourney was good for the teams

Aduana Stars forward Daniel Darkwah has disclosed that the FirsTrust G6 Tournament played recently has provided the teams with a good platform to assess themselves.

The tournament which was won by Kumasi Asante Kotoko saw most of the clubs introducing new players into their set up to assess their chemistry with the existing squad.

The Dormaa-based side introduced players like Yaya Mohammed, Noah Martey and Richard Mpong into their set up.

Daniel Darkwah who was a subject of transfer before he renewed his contract with the 2010 champions says the tournament was a good grounds for the clubs as well as the players.

“It was a very good tournament and all the teams that participated did well. The players who participated in the tournament also had the opportunity to demonstrate what they could do for their clubs.”

“It really offered us the platform to showcase what each club will be bringing on board when the season starts,” Daniel Darkwah told GHANAsoccernet.com
