Aduana Stars to vie for Wafu Cup

Defending league champions Aduana Stars will represent Ghana at this year's Wafu club championship dubbed Eyadema Cup.

The Dormaa-Ahenkro-based side will vie for the trophy with 11 other club sides from the sub-region.

Aduana were knocked out of this year's Caf Champions League qualifier by Moroccan side Wydad Casablanca.

The 26th edition of the championship will be held in Togo in December.

Guinean side duo Atletic De Coleah and Horoya AC , ASC Niary Tally (Senegal), ASC Hlm (Senegal), Mighty Barrolle (Liberia),

Watanga (Liberia),  Akonana FC d' Arit (Niger), Dan Ka FC de Maradi (Niger), Kwara United (Nigeria) and Rangers International (Nigeria).
