Black Stars Management Committee chairman George Afriyie has expressed confidence about Ghana's chances of sailing through 2015 AFCON 'group of death'.

Ghana were drawn into the game group with South Africa, Algeria and old foes Senegal in Wednesday evening's draw in Malabo.

South Africa have triumphed over Ghana in their last two meetings at the AFCON while Senegal and Algeria have been tough nuts for the four time crown winners.

Black Stars Management Committee Chairman George Afriyie is confident the West African giants will compete for success.

"Football is about organisation, focus and determination. We're going have a renewed spirit and direction but it's a difficult group no doubt but we'll sail through," he told GHANAsoccernet.com.

We don't have to do the same things all the time. We need to do different things in order to get different results," he added.

Ghana have named a new coach in former Chelsea manager Avram Grant and he is expected to lead the Black Stars into the campaign.
