Egyptian side Ismaily have not agreed a US$ 750,000 fee from Zamalek for their top Ghanaian striker John Antwi, the playerââ¬â¢s manager has told GHANAsoccernet.comÃ
Ismaily president Mohammed Abou El-Seoud announced on Monday that both parties have reached an agreement for the services of the player next season. Ã
But the playerââ¬â¢s highly-respected local representative Kurt Okraku has denied the claims insisting no offer has been accepted for the ex-Hearts of Oak man.
ââ¬ÅThis is news to be because nothing of that sort has happen,â⬠he told GHANAsoccernet.com
ââ¬ÅZamalek is a great club and we respect them a lot but there is no iota of truth in the report.
ââ¬ÅJohn is having a time of his life at Ismaily and as and when any deal with any club is reached the public will be informed.
ââ¬ÅBut at the moment no offer has been accepted and so people must disregard the report.ââ¬
The 21-year-old leads the scorers chart in the Egyptian Premier League with 11 goals and regarded as one of the best foreigners in the league.
