Asante Kotoko in-form striker Ahmed Toure is expected to join Serbian giants Partizan Belgrade after impressing in his first six months at the club, GHANAsoccernet.com understands.

Toure, 24, will jet out on Friday to undergo medicals with the Serbian champions.

The former CS Sfaxien attacker is touted as a replacement for Ghana international striker Prince Tagoe who is expected to re-join German outfit TSG Hoffenheim following the expiration of his six-month loan deal.

''Yes I will leave for Partizan on Friday and hopefully the medical will go well for me to continue my career there. Kotoko have given me a lot and I thank the club and the fans for the support over the period,'' Toure said.

He scored six goals in the top-flight league this season.
