Amid strong speculation surrounding his star man, Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri has stressed Paul Pogba is still part of the squad.
The Frenchman was expected to complete a return to English Premier League side Manchester United over the coming days, with all sorts of values being reported regarding what Pogba is worth, however Allegri has plainly stated he is still part of the Bianconeri.
“Pogba is currently a Juventus player, but we do not know what will happen, the leaders of the club are leading the negotiations,” the 48-year-old told the press.
The former AC Milan boss also couldn’t avoid the topic of the expected arrival of Napoli star Gonzalo Higuain, following a secret medical, however he dodged giving a definite confirmation.
“At the moment the market speaks for transfers, I can only answer queries on the football,” Allegri said.
