Ambitious Ghanaian second-tier side Techiman City have appointed Alhaji Iddrisu as the club’s new technical director, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.

The club has also confirmed the appointment of former Real Tamale United shot-stopper Michael Abu as their new goalkeepers’ trainer, replacing Mohammed Damba.

Techiman City, owned by fast-rising football administrator Kwadwo Ntim, is keen to make the club an attractive brand in the Brong Ahafo region.

City have endured a decent run in the National Division One League and currently lie 10th on the table with seven points.

The Ghana U23 team management committee bought the club from Tony Benneth two years ago.
