Amidaus Professionals’ goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi has blamed his team’s lack of concentration for the heavy defeat against Hearts of Oak on Sunday.

The Tema-based side were crashed 3-0 by the inconsistent Phobians who recorded their first home win in five months.

While some officials of Amidaus have attributed the defeat to poor officiating, but goalkeeper Ofori Antwi says the defeat was as a result of a drop in concentration in the second half of the game.

“Well I can say that the concentration in the second half dropped and that accounted for the defeat,” he said after the match.

“We didn’t come here to lose but that is what has happened so we have to quickly regroup for our next game.”

Amidaus have now dropped to the relegation zone with the defeat to Hearts.

They next face Aduana Stars in the Premier League on March 16 in Tema.
