Amidaus Professionals will play Berekum Chelsea on Saturday after the Premier League Board altered the week 2 fixtures.
The match was originally scheduled for Sunday 22 September but Amidaus, the home team, requested the match be brought forward.
Amidaus host their 2011 Ghana Premier League champions at the Tema Sports Stadium.
Berekum Chelsea head coach Tony Lokko will be leading his side to face his former employers after quitting at the end of the season.
