Amidaus Professionals' new found sensation - Francis Afotey Mensah

Striker Francis Afotey Mensah is emerging as one of the exciting talent for newly promoted Amidaus Professionals in the Ghana Premier League.  Â 

The youngster has formed a great partnership with Yahaya Mohammed, helping him to score goals left, right and centre in the Ghanaian top-flight, resulting in the 24-year-old hogging the headlines.

Amidaus coach Tony Lokko has been putting the two players through paces on the training ground, with particular emphasis put on the tactical side of their new partnership.

The duo have combined effectively to propel Amidaus to fifth position on the League table in their debut season.

The exciting youngster who has had stints with lower division sides Guan Stars, Relic FC and Texas Rangers is believed to be attracting interest from some top Premier League sides.

Afotey posses all the attributes needed to be a good striker.

He is quick, strong, impressive in the air, blessed with expert technique and is usually cool and collected in front of goal as well as having an eye for the spectacular goals.
