Andre Ayew to miss Marseille's final Europa League trip to Limassol

Published on: 23 November 2012

French giants Olympique Marseille will be without Ghana talisman Andre Ayew for their final Europa League group game against Cypriot side AEL Limassol due to suspension.

The 22-year-old received his third yellow card in less than ten games of the competition in Thursday's 1-0 home reverse to Fenerbahçe on Thursday.

Marseille boss Elie Baup will not have his influential winger available for the trip to AEL Limassol on December 6.

Andre has scored three goals in the competition for Marseille.

Marseille must beat the Cypriot title holders and hope Fenerbahçe beat German side Borussia M'gladbach to progress to the knock-out phase of the competition.
