Angry Hearts fans have vowed to descend heavily on majority shareholder Togbe Afede XIV if the team is relegated.

The Phobians are desperate to stay afloat after an unflattering campaign in the Ghanaian top-flight this season.

The side’s 2-1 defeat at home to sworn-rivals Asante Kotoko has compounded their misery as they are face with the reality of dropping into the country’s second-tier.

The next five games will be crucial for the side with two home and three away games turning out to the most important fixtures for the side this season.

In the midst of the club’s raging poor form, majority shareholder Togbe Afede has court the anger of the supporters after he was filmed attending a beauty contest while the team was struggling against the Porcupine Warriors on Sunday.

The traditional ruler scored a MASSIVE own goal for his lack of timing which has angered the teeming supporters.

They have vowed to descend heavily on him if the team suffers relegation.

“We’ll deal with Togbe if Hearts of Oak is relegated. We’ll not take kindly to that at all,” an agry fans said after their 2-1 defeat to Kotoko.

“Hearts cannot go through such turmoil. And we blame Togbe and his management for the turn of event.

“We’ll chase them to the extent that they cannot stay in this country. He should leave our club alone.

“He’s not fit to run this great club of ours. We’ll chase him out of this country He will taste our wrath and so they should beware.”

Hearts travel to Dansoman to face Liberty Professionals who also urgently require the maximum points to push for their survival bid.
