King Faisal owner Alhaji Karim Grusah says he does not trust members of the Ghana FA Disciplinary Committee after his petition against Aduana was thrown out.

The committee ruled on Thursday that Faisal’s petition to have Aduana forfeit two Ghana Premier League matches played last season had no merit.

Aduana Stars violated Articles 34(1)(L) and 39(8)(b) of the Ghana Football Association General Regulations after failing and refusing to pay a cost of GHS 5,000 imposed on them by the Disciplinary Committee within of the stipulated fourteen (14) days period.

Grusah is refusing to accept the Disciplinary Committee ruling and accused them of doing a hatchet job.

“Even though we chose the DC members, I don’t trust them. How can I trust this Disciplinary Committee? We want to follow procedure so if a ruling does not go as it should, then why must they be trusted. If we take the issue to FIFA’s Court of Arbitration for Sports and I lose, I will agree, either than that, we will appeal the verdict,” Grusah said.

Grusah has decided to take the matter to Appeals Committee and follow it up with the Review Committee and to FIFA if the need arises.
