Antwi signs for Egyptian side Telephonat Bani Sweif

John Antwi has joined Telephonat Bani Sweif

Ghanaian striker John Antwi has signed for newly-promoted Egyptian Premier League side TelephonatBani Sweif. 

Antwi has signed a four-year contract with the Beni Suef-based side from Ghanaian lower-tier side Dreams FC.

Former Sekondi Eleven Wise player had been in Egypt for the past three weeks trying out with clubs including giants Al Ahly.

The 20-year-old scored four goals in two trial matches for Telephonat Bani Sweif.

Antwi was the highest goal scorer in Sekondi Eleven Wise for the 2008/2009 Ghana Premier League with 8 goals.

He then joined Hearts of Oak after Wise got relegated at the end of the following season.
