Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is adamant Theo Walcott is improving as a player.
Walcott is in his 11th season with the Gunners â making him the club's longest-serving player â and is on target to beat his best goals tally of 21 in 2012-13.
But Wenger believes his all-round game has improved, too.
The Emirates boss said: “He has played wide all season and played 20 games and scored ten goals in the Premier League. For a wide player that's quite positive.
“He has improved his defensive commitment a lot. He was sometimes a bit less focused on the teamwork but he has improved tremendously.
“Also, Theo is one of the guys who knows the Arsenal values, who is here for a long time.
“The loyalty for me plays a part in representing the club."
