Arsenal star Frimpong says Ghana are relaxed for Egypt game

Ghana midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong says the Black Stars are not under pressure ahead of Tuesday's 2014 World Cup playoff against Egypt in Kumasi.

The Black Stars lost 1-0 in their last competitive match against the Pharaohs-at the final of the 2010 Africa Cup of Nations in Angola.

But Ghana 3-0 winners over Egypt in January this year in a pre-Africa Cup of Nations friendly played in Abu Dhabi.

Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah has been denied the services of injured key players- Jonathan Mensah, John Boye, Mohammed Rabiu and Kevin-Prince Boateng.

The 2010 World Cup quarter-finalists need a favourbale result ahead of the return leg which has been tentatively fixed for 19 November.

Frimpong, who is making a return to international football is seven months, has assured victory.

"We know how important the game is," the Arsenal midfielder said.
