Asamoah Gyan playing diplomacy on future move

Asamoah Gyan claims he has no clue about his next destination despite enjoying a successful loan stint with UAE top-flight side Al Ain.

The Ghana striker played a key role for The Boss who won the UAE Etisalat Pro League on Friday beating Al Jazira 2-0 at home with four matches to spare.

There are slim chances of the 26-year-old returning to his English Premier League parent club Sunderland.

Gyan moved to the Gulf last September and has scored 17 goals-the league's leading scorer.

"On June 30 I will know then when my loan finishes, but I don't know anything before that. I’m happy to be an Al Ain player. I'm very happy to be here,'' Gyan said.

Al Ain's 10th trophy is Gyan's first career league title after playing for Italian side Udinese and Rennes in the French top flight.
