Asamoah Gyan reunited with his juvenile coach Sellas Tetteh on his visit to his former club Liberty Professionals.

The Black Stars captain surprisingly showed up at the Alhaji Sly Tetteh Oark last Friday fully kitted to train with the team.

Gyan has been in Ghana for the past weeks on post-season holidays.

He however returned to Liberty Professionals – the club he featured for during his formative years – to impart his knowledge and share his experiences with the current crop aside maintaining his fitness.

The 29-year-old was in the company of his senior brother Baffour Gyan who also completed the training session.

Both Gyan brothers posed to take a memorable picture with their former coaches George Lamptey and Sellas Tetteh.

Gyan’s impressive exploits for Liberty Professionals is what earned him his first move abroad to join Udinese back in 2003.

His elder brother Baffour Gyan had also played for the same side before moving abroad.

Liberty Professionals have managed to maintain their Premier League status since despite recent challenges following the passing of their charismatic President Alhaji Sly Tetteh.

But the likes of Felix Ansong and George Afriyie alongside others have managed to keep the club afloat.
