Asante Kotoko have confirmed the transfer of striker Saddick Adams to AshantiGold SC in the ongoing window.

Saddick was one of two players placed on transfer by the Porcupine Warriors for non-performance.

The 28-year-old requested for a termination of his contract but the club's management rejected his request.

The Reds confirmed the transfer of the former Atletico Madrid youth striker on Saturday.

This will be his second stint with the Miners after graduating from their academy in 2007.

The powerful forward joined the Kumasi-based side last season and helped them clinch the MTN FA Cup after bagging a hat-trick in their 3-1 win over sworn adversaries Hearts of Oak in the final at the Tamale Stadium.
