Defender Samuel Kyere has had his contract with Asante Kotoko terminated.
The Dr Kwame Kyei-administration took the decision to cut ties with the club last month.
GHANASoccernet.com understands, the right back was given a 14-day notice as stipulated in his contract before it was cancelled.
Kyere was suspended last year after a Facebook tirade against then coach Michael Osei.
