Hearts of Oak have penciled down defender Kwabena Edusei as a top transfer target, according to local reports.
The Phobians have targeted the centre-back from their perennial rivals Asante Kotoko to replace Nuru Sulley who set for a move to Moldova.
Sportscrusader.com claims the yet to be named coach of Hearts will have to ratify the move so that an official bid can be submitted a bid
“Kwabena Edusei is one of the best central defenders in the local league so it will be great to bring him on board because we need only the best in the team to help us achieve our aims for next season,” a source told Sportscrusader.com
“Though we are yet to officially write to Kotoko about him, we see him as one of our recruitment targets.”
Edusei is out of contract at Asante Kotoko and dragging his feet on signing a new deal.
