Ashantigold Chief Executive Kudjoe Fianoo has criticized the Premier League Board for revising the first round of matches in the top flight.
Match day-6 of the Premier League has been brought forward to Sunday November 4 instead of the circulated November 7.
Officials of clubs have been incensed with decision of authorities to alter the date without consulting them and the minersââ¬â¢ chief is livid with thr turn of event.
ââ¬Å You canââ¬â¢t just wake up one morning and decide to change date as and when it pleases you,â⬠Fianoo told Accra-based Asempa FM
ââ¬ÅWe are running a professional league and so things must be done properly. Those who are former bankers and now doing part-time must understand that some of us butter our bread on football.
ââ¬ÅThey are simply playing with our lives. We are in serious business and not joking at all.
ââ¬ÅThe move has affected us financially and disrupted our plans for our next game against Lions.
ââ¬ÅWhen we meet in an Executive committee meeting, I will state my case. Itââ¬â¢s unfair and improper.ââ¬
