AshantiGold coach Bashiru Hayford says there is more to come from his side after their impressive 2-0 win against Kotoko in the Malaria Cup.

Goals from Emmanuel Baffour and Joseph Ato Bissah ensured the Miners continued their dominance over the Porcupine Warriors in pre-season.

Hayford hailed his side’s performance but insist there was still more to come.

“The game was a good one and we played very well especially in the first half,” Hayford said in a post-match interview.

“There is a mix of experience and youth that is eager to prove a point so it’s really proving to be a competitive one.

“We are have not reached our limit and we are expecting to continue improving.”
