AshantiGold coach Yaw Acheampong is looking to lead his team to yet another victory in their away Premier League game with Heart of Lions on Sunday.

The in-inform Obuasi-based club have won all five games played  in the second round of the Ghanaian topflight - a run that sees the Miners catapult from the relegation zone to now third place on the league log.

Acheampong, who captain the club to win their last league title, is looking to continue with this impressive run against a Lions team that have proved very difficult to beat at their favourite Kpando grounds.

"We have had a very good run in this second round and we will be looking to continue on this path against Heart of Lions," he said.

"My players are mentally and physically prepared for this game and they have promised to deliver victory.

"The fans have been very supportive during this period and I urge them to come in their numbers to help us claim the win on Sunday."
