Chief Executive Officer of AshantiGold SC Cudjoe Fianoe has revealed that his outfit will be landing a foreign partnership deal with a Norwegian club very soon to increase the commercialization of the activities of the club.
The Ghana league leaders had a partnership with Ajax Academy in the early 2000s and will be expecting this new deal to materialize any moment soon to add yo the marketability of the club as well as opening doors of opportunity for their players.
"We are still in talks with some partners. Some years back, we tried to establish that partnership with Liverpool but it couldn't materialize. But we were not perturbed ", Fianoe told Ghanasoccernet.com
"We have since establish a very good relationship with some clubs in Norway who have given us a template as to what we should do with our playing body and our philosophy. We need to raise players to suit the international level".
Although Cudjoe Fianoe did not mention the names of the clubs involved he gave hints of the deal being through by the end of the year.
