Ghana coach Avram Grant says he is satisfied with the output of his backroom staff and has no intention of making any changes.
The 60-year-old is one-year into his job as coach of the Black Stars.
Grant has been working with virtually the same backroom staff as his predecessor Kwesi Appiah did during his time.
The former Chelsea boss says he has no cause to make changes to his technical team.
"I am very comfortable with the staff both the local staff and the ones abroad," Grant told the media at a press briefing on Monday.
"Maxwell did a very good job because he is the contact man for the local players.
"Everyone had to do a good job for the Black Stars and if they don’t I will gently tell them to step away."
