B. Chelsea coach unhappy with team's performance in league opener

Berekum Chelsea coach Steven Pollack was left bitterly disappointed in the performance of his team in their league opening 1-1 draw with Mighty Jets on Sunday.

The Champions had to fight back late in the game to draw parity against a team his side was always expected to beat despite playing away from home.

And with two-points dropped in just the first game of the new campaign, the English was obviously livid with the performance of some of his players even though he failed to mention names.

“I am disappointed with the performance, a 1-1 draw away from home is not a bad result at all but very disappointed in the performance today,” he told MTNFootball.com after the game.

“There were about three or four players who failed to do their job as they were supposed to do and so I am disappointed but at the same time we got one point and we’ve got to be happy with that.

“I don’t want to name players, they know who they are, why will I name players and they know why I chose not to speak with them.”

The team will be given Monday off for purposes of recovery and will commence training on Tuesday ahead of their second league match (first at home) against Liberty Professionals on Sunday.
