Ex-Kotoko International Relations chief Dr Kwame Baah Nuako is urging Ghana FA boss Kwesi Nyantakyi to review his management style following growing concern over the leakage of confidential documents to the media.

Nyantakyi is reported to have expressed worry about the leakage of confidential documents to the media with the sole aim of bringing his administration down.

Some faceless members of the Executive Committee have been accused of engaging in the unprofessional conduct, throwing into the gutter the oath of secrecy associated with holding such high positions.

The CAF Executive Committee member singled out the 2006 group for praise ahead of this year’s election to elect fresh members of the powerful committee.

But former Kotoko spokesman and International Relations manager Dr Kwame Baah- Nuako has urged the president of the federation to measure his management style to avoid similar scenario.

“Kwesi believes people did not build consensus, leaking out information. How well did he as a leader also manage it? Because at the end of the day, he remains the President of the FA and the Chairman of the Executive Committee,” he told Accra-based Starr FM

“Which style of leadership does he employ towards building consensus rather than people voting. If there are difficult nuts, they shouldn’t always be thrown out.

“He needs to work on that if it’s a key challenge.”

The Ghana FA is expected to elect 22-member to serve on the powerful Executive Committee of the federation for the next four years.
