Süper Lig management have already submitted Barcelona FC a starting cash bid, while having offered former Atletico Madrid star a 4 million euros annual salary. Playing for Blaugrana since January 2016, Turan is currently on a deal with them until June 2020, and has already been at Gala all the way from youth years to 2010/11 (except for a brief loan experience at Manisaspor).
